I may not have children of my own, but I have used that time and love to support families and little ones around me. Through helping others with their children, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful food can be - not just for growing bodies, but for confidence, connection, and joy.
I truly believe magic is real. It lives in the small, everyday moments - especially in the kitchen. I wanted to capture that magic and turn it into something fun and exciting, because when we use food in the right way, it truly benefits us. Sharing that message in a positive, healthy way feels incredibly important to me.
As a neurodivergent author, I believe this is the best way to truly grab children’s attention and help them learn in a way that feels natural, engaging, and memorable. With input from nutritionists and qualified preschool teachers, I have put a great deal of thought and care into creating something that is not only magical, but meaningful.
This is just the beginning. I plan to continue creating books with heart and purpose. If I can help just one child build a happier, healthier relationship with food, then I have achieved exactly what I set out to do.
